Inspired by the polymorphism of flowers, each SEED was generated by Lucien from over 40 possible traits, including color palette, seed type, and more. While every SEED is one of a kind based on its combination of traits, some are more rare than others.

  • What is SEEDS?

    SEEDS is a collection of 10,000 NFTs living on the Ethereum blockchain. Each SEED is a one of a kind artwork Lucien Smith generated by hand to give it its own unique combination of attributes.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    For the pre-sale, we offer several payment methods, including credit card and crypto options. For the public mint, you will need crypto.

  • What is the cost of the NFT?

    The mint price is .1 ETH.

  • What is an NFT?

    An NFT stands for "non-fungible token" It is called this because it is verifiably unique and its value is not fungible, or cannot be traded for another token of equal value, therefore it is one-of-a-kind. This type of token is made possible through blockchain technology that ensures fraudulent claims for or against this authenticity are statistically impossible.

  • What is Lobus? How is Lobus associated with Lucien Smith?

    Lobus is a Web3 platform whose mission is to empower creators of all kinds to become true owners. Lobus uses products and services to assist artists like Lucien Smith to take advantage of new advancements in Web3 like NFT drops fractional ownership and other blockchain-enabled opportunities.

  • How do pre-sales work?

    Pre-sales allow for fans of Lucien who share links to the drop page to increase their chances of their name being randomly selected for a guaranteed pre-sale spot.


    Additionally, pre-sale serves as a mechanism for first-time buyers of NFTs who prefer not to mint on their own. To participate, they would first need to apply and be randomly selected as eligible. Once eligible, a Lobus representative will make contact with the email address provided and mint the NFT on the applicant's behalf. With this option, users can choose to pay with a credit card. A Lobus service fee will be applied in addition to the cost of the NFT. This service fee will include the gas fee, which is the transaction fees paid to miners on the Ethereum network.

  • How will I receive my SEEDS?

    Participants who choose to mint directly from the minting page will receive their NFT in the wallet they connect. Those who choose to pay with a credit card will need to supply a wallet address, to which, the NFT will be sent. If you do not have a wallet, we will have a tutorial to walk you through how to get a wallet.

  • Can I choose the Seeds packet I want?

    SEEDS are randomly generated at the time of minting and cannot be selected. However, once minted, specific SEEDS packets can be acquired on OpenSea via offers from the current holder.

  • How many Seeds packets can I buy?

    SEEDS are limited to twenty NFTs per transaction.

  • Why do I need to provide my wallet address for pre-sale?

    For self-mint, we need your wallet address to whitelist you. If you want to have Lobus mint for you, all NFTs will be minted to the wallet address you provide as well.

  • When will I know that I've been selected for pre-sale?

    Applicants will be randomly selected and notified on December 13, 2021.

  • Do I need cryptocurrency to buy one?

    No. Participants who apply for pre-sale are given the option to pay with a credit card if they are randomly selected.
